PROPAGATION OF SEEDS

In order to ensure product transparency, we have developed a genetics and seed program that allows us to test and combine genetics in order to obtain the best available flower with a terpene profile that distinguishes us from the rest of the competition. Our genetics and seeds are no longer available for purchase, and they have evolved into perfectly dependable strains that will not only grow organically in our desert climate, but also have the terpene profile necessary to demonstrate the potential of our formulations to the public.

HARVEST

Our expert staff carefully selects, transports, and dries our premium flower, which they handpick. Hand shucking hemp is the most common method of harvesting it. However, the drawbacks of this method include its extreme sluggishness, inefficiency, and cost. Using our custom-built Combine Harvester, we not only automate our harvesting procedures, but also reduce the amount of biomass storage required by almost 48 percent by harvesting, shucking, and separating our flowers and stems in a single process, which saves us time and money.

DRYING AND CURING METHODS

Our smokable flower is dried and cured for 4 days before being chucked and hand trimmed in our over 40,000 sq. ft. of available drying space. With the help of our ventilation and heating system, we are able to naturally slow-dry our flower, preserving its flavor, terpene profile, and, of course, its beautiful premium nug appearance.

This is the culmination of the entire process. A long line of medical extraction systems, including those used by the biggest names in the industry, has been used to create our ethanol extraction system, which is used to create our products.
